Ascio is an accredited registrar for .UK top level domain under Nominet administration. Ascio offers customers .UK registration through a reseller program.

Ascio’s support department answers received questions Monday through Thursday,
between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 and Friday between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00. You can either e-mail your questions to [email protected] or call us at +4533886100. We will answer your questions as quickly as possible. Ascio will endeavour to respond to all queries within 24 hours
If you have made a complaint to an Ascio Reseller and are not happy with the response, you can complain to our customer service department via Email: [email protected]
Upon receipt of your complaint we will acknowledge it within two working days.
We will investigate your complaint and respond within 10 working days. Some complaints by their very nature, however, may take longer than others to resolve, particularly if they have technical complexity. If we have been unable to agree the resolution of your complaint within this timeline we will contact you. We will keep you informed of progress in a way that best suits you and at a time that is convenient for you.
All domain names registered through Ascio will be automatically renewed by Ascio unless the reseller advises Ascio in advance that an individual domain registration is not to be renewed. Procedures for deletion of domains vary by Registry but the procedure Ascio adopts for gTLDs is as follows:

Prior to the expiration of the domain registration, the Ascio reseller (please check reseller’s terms and conditions) will notify the registered name holder, that the domain registration is scheduled to expire
These notices will be sent in the language of your registration agreement with the reseller.
