.NET fee increase
VeriSign have decided to increase the registration fee for .net, and it will take place on the 1st February 2016.
The increase covers VeriSign’s fee for each annual increment of a new and renewal .net domain name registration and for each transfer of a .net domain name registration from one ICANN-accredited registrar to another, exclusive of any ICANN Variable Registry-Level Fee. WHD.local  – Ascio’s round the world trip.
After a recent successful trip to Hostingcon in San Diego, Ascio has been out again exhibiting as part of the WorldHostingDays local events. In a hectic three weeks, we visited Sydney, Singapore, London, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt. London aside, the turnout was pretty good and the team have been lucky enough to meet lots of interesting people and companies in the process!!
SSl Discovery Tool
As part of our new and improved SSL service, we have also recently added a new exclusive SSL Discovery Tool. By partnering with Ascio SSL, you will have access to our Discovery Tool allowing you to detect whether domain names and their sub names have SSL certificates.
The tool provides information on the issuer, type of certificate, as well as the expiry date, and is perfect for upsell to existing and potential customers.
