We will respond to any reports of abuse that are provided to us as a result of any domain registration that is sponsored by Ascio. Ascio operates an Acceptable Use Policy (/acceptable-use-policies) where the types of activity that may constitute abuse are set out. In addition, abuse may take other forms and constitute an illegal activity. Illegal activity is activity that is prohibited by applicable law and where the domain registration is involved in the furtherance of the illegal activity. This could include child pornography, sexual grooming, harassment, fraud, selling of counterfeit goods and many other illegal activities.
Responding to Abuse Reports
Ascio will review well-founded reports of abuse within 24 hours of the receipt of a communication concerning abuse. Ascio uses Zendesk to track abuse reports. Please note that Ascio may not be able to provide you with any further details or information relating to the substance of the abuse report.
